<procdesc>The ortho images are the primary source to capture the location of each fire hydrant. If the fire hydrant is not clear on the ortho image, then it was captured using the registered asbuilt drawings.
The MainSize field was populated with the Diameter of the water main it connects to.
In general, a fire hydrant was captured along with the following features:
. a hydrant lateral that connects the fire hydrant to the water main.
. a water valve that controls the water flow of the fire hydrant.
. a tee fitting that connects the hydrant lateral to the water main.
The only exception is that the water valve will not be captured when "No Wire" appears next to a fire hydrant on the source document.</procdesc>
